Ashiana London - Wholesale Semi Precious Jewellery, Holiday Bags and Resortwear

Our ranges of bohemian handmade jewellery, holiday bags and resortwear have gained popularity worldwide with independent boutiques, department stores and resorts. You can meet us at one of the interntional trade shows we attend, or request a personal appointment in our London showroom to view our accessories ranges. With our online wholesale store you can easily order throughout the season.

Delivery

All Ashiana Wholesale items are handmade. Orders placed on the wholesale website will be processed and shipped withing 4 working days subject to stock levels. For more information about the process please contact us on help@ashianalondon.com.

Payment Terms

For new clients we require proforma payment. If you place an order on our wholesale site, you won't be required to input payment details online, please submit your order and check "payment on invoice". The team will be in touch within 48 hours with an order confirmation and a manual proforma invoice. You will have the opportunity to double check and modify your order before payment is taken. For details about different payment terms for returning clients please contact your account manager.

Returns

We don't offer returns on any wholesale orders, unless you have been delivered a faulty item. We need to be notified of any such faults within 7 days of receipt of the order. All Ashiana Wholesale items are handmade to order using semi-precious stones which by nature are variable in size, colour and finish, and any natural irregularities in the stones are not seen as a fault. If you should have any items become damaged, please contact your account manager. We will be happy to offer repair/replacement or if irreparable a credit, on these items at our discretion, given they have been purchased within the last season.

If you have a faulty item, please your account manager with a photo of the defected item, so they can either issue a return authorisation and a label, or issue a credit. Please do not send back any faulty items without having given a return authorisation from our team.
